No pair of PS sneakers is taken off a shelf: each one comes to life on our artisan lasts only after your order is placed. Quality takes time — and we are here to keep you informed every step of the way.

The Wait for Excellence

Step 01

Creation

Leather cutting, lasting and hand stitching: every pair is a unique piece. Standard catalogue models require 14 working days.

Step 02

Finishing

Material or size customisations require additional dedicated processing stages. In these cases, production time extends to up to 21 working days.

Step 03

Shipping

Once your pair is complete, shipping is always free and insured. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the courier collects the parcel.

Delivery Time Notice

The delivery deadline stated in your order confirmation is legally binding under European consumer regulations. We never commit to timelines we are not certain we can meet: honouring them is, for us, a matter of artisan integrity.

Catalogue Models

Right of Withdrawal

Our standard catalogue models carry a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU e-commerce regulations. To be accepted for return, the shoes must meet the conditions outlined in the section below.

Custom & Made-to-Measure

Fit Guarantee

For footwear made to specific measurements or with materials chosen by the customer, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83, as these are goods made to personal specification.

In lieu of returns, we offer our Fit Guarantee: should the shoe require minor adjustments after delivery, our craftsmen will carry out the work at no additional cost.

Product Conditions

Acceptance requirements

Shoes must be returned new and unworn, with all PSMadeinTuscany tags intact in their original position. Items that are damaged, soiled or missing tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

When trying on

Try the shoes exclusively on a soft surface (carpet or rug) to protect the soles. Do not wear them outdoors: any sign of outdoor use will invalidate the return.

Colour & Material Variations

Our dyes and finishes are applied entirely by hand: each pair carries unique tonal variations that are a hallmark of its artisan origin. We cannot guarantee an identical colour match between different production batches, nor between the on-screen representation and the physical product. Return requests motivated solely by colour or leather grain variation will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Request authorisation

Write to info@psmadeintuscany.com within 14 days of receipt, stating your order number, full name, item and reason. No return is accepted without written authorisation.

Send the item back

Within 24 hours you will receive return instructions. Ship the item back within the following 14 days. We recommend insuring the shipment: we are not liable for loss or damage during the return journey.

Refund

Once the item is verified, the refund is issued within 5 working days to the original payment method. For PayPal, the credit appears immediately on your account.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Online exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted to info@psmadeintuscany.com within 14 days of receipt, following the same procedure as a return. The product must meet the same acceptance conditions.

Cancellations

Artisan production begins immediately upon confirmation: orders cannot be cancelled after 3 days. Any exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of production reached.
