Currency & Changes

All prices listed on www.psmadeintuscany.com are quoted in Euros. PSMadeinTuscany reserves the right to amend prices at any time; goods are invoiced at the price displayed at the time the order is placed, as confirmed by email.

Pricing Errors

Should a technical or human error result in a manifestly incorrect price, the order will be considered invalid and cancelled. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full within 14 days of cancellation.

Notify Withdrawal

The CUSTOMER may withdraw from the purchase without penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending an explicit written notice to info@psmadeintuscany.com.

Return the Goods

Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging, complete with all parts and the original fiscal documentation. Return shipping costs are borne by the CUSTOMER.

Refund

Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued within 96 hours of receipt, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Should the CUSTOMER receive goods that are defective or do not conform to the order, they are entitled to free remedy by repair or replacement. PSMadeinTuscany will arrange collection of the product at its own expense, subject to the CUSTOMER’s availability.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00). Delivery takes up to 10 business days within Italy and 12 business days for the rest of the world, from the date of the order confirmation email. An invoice may be requested for any order.
