Follow the three illustrated steps below to find your exact foot measurement and choose the perfect size.

01 Stand upright Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Always measure at the end of the day, when your foot is at its largest.  |

02 Place the ruler Place a ruler or tape measure on the floor with one end against your heel. Read the measurement at the tip of your big toe.  |
|
03 Read the measurement The measurement runs from the big toe to the heel. Round up to the nearest half centimetre and check the chart to find your size.  |
